The large and small clubhouses are available for any Camden Pointe homeowner in good standing to utilize for any occasion. No reservations by non-residents will be honored. Reservations are not confirmed until appropriate payment and contract are on file with the management company. No overnight reservations will be honored. Residents and their guests must vacate the clubhouse by 12AM (midnight) on the day of their rental if they reserve it for the night.

Small Clubhouse: Rental fee: $125.00 per day/evening & Deposit (Cleaning): $150.00
Large Clubhouse: Rental fee: $200.00 per day/evening & Deposit (Cleaning): $200.00

Clubhouse Specifics
KEY PICK UP:
CLUBHOUSE KEYS: Contact AIO at clubhouse@allinonemgmt.com at least 4 days prior to your reservation for the current lock box code to access the keys to the clubhouse you reserved. You will be required to return the keys to the lock box after your rental.
The large main clubhouse can easily accommodate 100 people in the spacious main room. This venue is perfect for dancing, karaoke and other social activities. The kitchen is complete with a stove, microwave and large refrigerator. It also has 6 tables with 4 chairs each; 8 bar stools to go with the bar; 1 leather couch with 2 accent chairs; coffee table; 2 end tables. In summer months, the large clubhouse offers easy access to the Camden Pointe pool. CP also provides a "Private Party" sign so other residents know you have rented the clubhouse for a private party. Restrooms are located just outside and are accessed via the pool patio.
The small clubhouse can comfortably accommodate 25 people in 3 rooms and has a wheelchair accessible bathroom along with a small but useable kitchen with a small refrigerator. Additionally, it has a dining table with 6 chairs and 2 couches. Directly behind the small clubhouse is the world famous Camden Pointe 9 hole putt-putt course. The small clubhouse has clubs but you will need to provide golf balls for your guests.
